WEDDING PACKAGE 

Wedding Package does not include liquor or bar supplies, kitchen supplies, table skirts, chair covers, or decorating
• 6 hours of set-up time same day as wedding
• 5 hours of event time
• Tables and chairs set-up and put away
• Includes single linens for 19 guest tables

• Full use of kitchen and bridal suite 
• Use of patio grill
• Soda Gun and Ice (reception time only)
• West River Hall staff clean up 
• Renter is responsible for cleaning-up and removing all reception related items
• Additional services and decorating items available upon request

DEPOSIT:  $250.00   Due with Application/Agreement and payable to "Halls Rentals LLC"

$400.00 Due with application for Wedding Reception

REFUNDABLE SECURITY:     $250.00 Security deposit due with Application/Agreement. Refundable 3 days after event provided all conditions of agreement have been adhered to.

ADDITIONAL FEES:  Full use of kitchen by caterer $150.00. (Up to 3 hour)      Each additional kitchen hour is $50.00                                                                                            Use of Projector $50.00                                                                                                                        Use of Commercial Gas Grill $50.00                                                                                              Soda Gun and Ice add $75.00 (Unless included in package)

Additional hours can be purchased for any event. $75.00 per hour for early entry and $115.00 per hour for extended event time.
