MINI EVENT - $775  ( Ideal for Showers and Luncheons)

 

  • 1 hour set-up time

  • Not available after 4:00 pm
  • Early set up additional hours - $95 per hour (based on availability)

STANDARD EVENT - $1,350  ( Ideal for Anniversaries, Birthdays and Fundraisers )

 

  • 1 hour of set-up time 
  • 5 hours of event time
  • Available 7 days a week
  • Soda Gun and Ice included 
  • Mood Lighting included 
  •  Early set up additional hours - $95 per hour (based on availability)
  • Additional $500 for Saturdays after 5:00 pm

BUSINESS EVENT - $975  ( Ideal for Workshops, Training Sessions )

 

  • Available from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 
  • Available Monday through Thursday
  • Includes: Internet Access, Projector & Screen, Podium, Microphone, Tables and Chairs set-up, West River Hall staff clean up
  • Additional $100 for table linens 
  • Early set up additional hours - $95 per hour (based on availability)
  • For meetings one hour or more, rental fee is provided upon request.

GRAND EVENT - $1,925  ( Ideal for Quinceañera Celebrations )

 

  • 4 hours of set-up time

  • Setup and break down of tables & chairs

Deposit:

$300.00 Due with contract and payable to “Hall Rentals LLC”.

$600.00 Due with contract for wedding package, payable to “Hall Rentals LLC”.

Refundable Security Deposit:

$250.00 refundable security deposit will be added to the contract total and refunded 5 business days after the event provided all conditions have been adhered to.
