BUSINESS EVENT - $975 ( Ideal for Workshops, Training Sessions )
- Available Monday through Thursday
- Includes: Internet Access, LED Projector & Screen, Podium, Microphone, Tables and Chairs set-up, West River Hall staff clean up
- Additional $100 for table linens
- For meetings one hour or more, rental fee is provided upon request.

Deposit:
$300.00 Due with contract and payable to “Hall Rentals LLC”.
$600.00 Due with contract for wedding package, payable to “Hall Rentals LLC”.
Balance of contract due 30 days before event.
Refundable Security Deposit:
$250.00 refundable security deposit will be added to the contract total and refunded 5 business days after the event provided all conditions have been adhered to.
